Posted: Bazaar listings present in consecutive snapshots. Paid: each demand-cleaned seller's median payment, sellers present in consecutive weeks. Geometric mean of changes (Jevons).

No posted-vs-paid ratio here on purpose. Comparing the median listing with the median payment mixes two different populations, and matching each seller's own listings to its own payments covers only 6.2% of clean USD (171 sellers), too little to stand for the market. I'll show it once matched sellers carry 30%+.
